I was in Applebee's this evening (Nov 9 2023). I was in there with my grandmother and our servers name waa Krystle. She was absolutely amazing she made great food suggestions and offered to answer or help with any questions we had about the menu. Very polite and attentive and had my grandmother smiling the entire time. We have had bad experiences there a few times before and decided tonight we would give it one more try and because of her we will definitely be back she was great
I went to Applebee's Danville Virginia I ordered a beer from Brianna and she kept doing other things and then she got my beer then I ordered double crunch shrimp the restaurant had no cocktail sauce the shrimp was good but the fries were not hot and I never received any napkins until I asked I will never go back again
Customer service was pretty good I do have to say that but that’s where it stopped. From the much too loud music to the poorly kept restrooms the experience just was not good. Main course arrived to our table below lukewarm and ice cream with our desert was actually some white liquid in a bowl that was warmer than our meal. What happened Applebee’s?
