Everytime I've used the drive thru at night it's taken over 30 minutes won't be here again at night

Been waiting for 15 minutes and no one has taken our order. 11/17/25 @ 7:34pm. No one will even take our order ask us to wait, it’s 15 minutes. 3 kids hanging at back window laughing and talking, I have a picture if you need l. Almost 30 minutes and had to drive to window to order. She told us she’s having to do 2 jobs and others in there are standing around. Customer service is the pits here.
Six people working inside!
One putting on lipstick and fixing drink orders. Derrick is the name the manager according to the smarta$$ at the window, rolling her eyes and batting long fake lashes at us.
Will NEVER spend another dime with this store 8:12 we got our order

Fast service. My order was fine. I ordered coffee expecting black but it had cream and sugar added, I drank it anyway.

Drove down tonight hoping for some quick food. Drive thru was slammed so I opted for carry out. Well they had hardly any staff on. 1 lady working the register and packing orders, 2 gentlemen working kitchen, both of whom had no pep in their step to get orders out. I think there might have been another person working drive thru but didnt see them at all. Needless to say it was nearly a 40 minute wait. Please Wendy's do better.

Never in my life have I received such a great service from a fast food. I was there on 10/5/25 around 7 pm. The cashier there was so pleasant and nice. I hope management looks up the date and time and recognizes this employee! Her name was KI KI. I know i did not spell it correctly. But Thank you for your above and beyond service to us last night.

SHAMEFUL. Check the cameras from around 5:15 p.m. at how long I stood there before I was even greeted just to find out after I was greeted that they didn't have my mobile order. I am here 10 minutes past when it's supposed to be ready.

I Order food with no pickles no tomato and it had a bunch of pickles and tomatoes on them. My food was cold and very little ice in my sweet tea. I won't be stopping here again
