Will never return to this location. I sat in the drive through for 20 mins until I got tired of waiting and left no one ever took my order or anything. The employees there are to lazy to work

Just pitiful. Only 3 cars in line. One at the window and two of us sitting with no greeting or order taking at the menu . I have a mobile order and all we hear is some glitching sound. While across the street, their competitors have a line out into the street ordering food yet we can’t get no freaking service at 12:25 am. Hire some damn more people to work the night shift and compete dammit. Cool out cheap, poor tasting meat burgers are destroying you all. Get some better employees and management damn. You’re going to let some garbage brand out do the infamous “Wendy’s”. My God ownership has to suck for this location.

You mean to tell me I gotta wait 10-15 min for someone who doesn’t want to work. This is unacceptable. And the attitude. Waited 10 min at the window for no one to even have on a headset. Just shut the store down.

Man working the window, was smart mouth. Think he knew it all. Trying to go to fast. Didn't want to listen to the customer.
The food was cold. When I eat in a resturant I expect the food to be at least warm if not hot. Fries cold, nuggets cold, sandwich was warm. Had 6 bag. Chicken but bag.

Was told they couldn't take my order for 20 minutes. " No fries ready" They sent away 6 cars.

The night time crew is lazy . I sat at the drive through for 15 min no one took my order …. Then when I came around to pay the lady who was running the window she was busy standing around talking to other employees. I sat in line a total of 35 min .

The food was hot and the service was good with one exception, I asked for no salt 🍟 and got fries with salt and had to be changed.

The staff is rude and act like they don’t want to work and it’s also the manager! Night shift and day shift they are the same. Will never stop here again they need to close it hasn’t got any better over time either. It’s sad the people that work there act like you are a burden just by walking in!!!!
Came in the door at 4:48pm to eat me and my husband and the African American girl with long braids was busy talking to someone else with a kid that walked in the door and said hold on. So we waited and she said still standing not behind the register asked dine in or take out and we looked over at her and she repeated it and we didn't know she was talking to us since she didn't sat hi or how can I help you or okay thanks for waiting dine in or take out and she wasn't at the register so we finally figured out she was talking to us so we said dine in. We'll I have health issues with histamine and asked for my fries and nuggets fresh cooked to order and she said it to manager and they said we'll we got nuggets down that will be fresh and I said I needed the fries fresh also and she told the African American manager and they laughed at us and manager responds like I said and they continued laughing. So me and my husband said never mind and walked out. Very disrespectful!!!! I am white and my husband is African American and my husband said they were probably racist. Just a shame to have these people in here act like that towards customers. I will never stop here again! I recommend other people to take your money elsewhere! Stay away from these rude workers!! I will be contacting corporate also about this issue! We felt not welcomed as soon as we walked in the door.
