The night time crew is lazy . I sat at the drive through for 15 min no one took my order …. Then when I came around to pay the lady who was running the window she was busy standing around talking to other employees. I sat in line a total of 35 min .

The staff is rude and act like they don’t want to work and it’s also the manager! Night shift and day shift they are the same. Will never stop here again they need to close it hasn’t got any better over time either. It’s sad the people that work there act like you are a burden just by walking in!!!!

Came in the door at 4:48pm to eat me and my husband and the African American girl with long braids was busy talking to someone else with a kid that walked in the door and said hold on. So we waited and she said still standing not behind the register asked dine in or take out and we looked over at her and she repeated it and we didn't know she was talking to us since she didn't sat hi or how can I help you or okay thanks for waiting dine in or take out and she wasn't at the register so we finally figured out she was talking to us so we said dine in. We'll I have health issues with histamine and asked for my fries and nuggets fresh cooked to order and she said it to manager and they said we'll we got nuggets down that will be fresh and I said I needed the fries fresh also and she told the African American manager and they laughed at us and manager responds like I said and they continued laughing. So me and my husband said never mind and walked out. Very disrespectful!!!! I am white and my husband is African American and my husband said they were probably racist. Just a shame to have these people in here act like that towards customers. I will never stop here again! I recommend other people to take your money elsewhere! Stay away from these rude workers!! I will be contacting corporate also about this issue! We felt not welcomed as soon as we walked in the door.

Wouldn't eat here again, even if I was dying(probably wouldn't even get served). The whole crew acted like they didn't know they had to work, i.e make food and serve paying customers. Wendy's corp, please fire this team and get better staff because these people do not care about making you guys money.

I have stopped in to this location quite a few times lately. Each time I've come in I tell myself it has to get better than last time. Food served is always cold not fresh hot. Young woman at front counter act with attitude. No hi how are you what can I get or remotely close to that. Decided to post after current visit I am on right now......I ordered Chilli and fries. The Chilli is not such. It's more like vegetable soup. There is no thickness as I find at other locations to their chilli. Fries were not even warm. As I got to the last ones they could have been in a winter chill storm.....hard and non-edible. I know some will say what do you really want from fast food employees. Well for all the fact food employees wanting $15+ an hour......just a nice pleasant hello with hot good food shouldn't be to much to ask for the $16 I spend to eat. And Manager should make employees leave their cell phones and ear buds back in an employee locker not in their back pockets and ear buds in their ears. Hospitality rating would go much higher for their location with these small changes.

Here's another horrible fast food restaurant I pulled up in the parking lot at 9:59 p.m. remind you online says you close at 1:00 a.m. in the dining room quite confused don't understand but I pull up in a young lady is mopping the floor excuse me pull up she disappeared the doors a lot I can't get inside to order my food absolutely disgusted close the whole restaurant please immediately

Did was good, service was good. Surprised by the lack of requirements for hair control. Or waiter did a good job but his hair was huge and it off control and I almost asked for someone different. I don't want random hair in my food.
