Not only great food, great service too. Having lived in California for a few years, and coming to the East Coast to find good eats like we were used to has been a challenge, and to know that when we come to Dillwyn we have this choice, it’s just what we needed. Especialmente the carne asada fries, and the pupusas. 100% recommended.

The food is SO GOOD! The portion sizes are absolutely enormous, the prices are great, and the people that run it are SO sweet! This is literally my first food truck experience. They deserve their own restaurant. Now I want to go back and try more dishes!

Diaz Fusion Kitchen offers great food and great service. The portion sizes are enormous, the prices are affordable and fair, and the owners are very kind and attentive. The carne asada fries and the pupusas are especially recommended. The steak and cheese filled the container, and the steak tacos were amazing, especially with the sauces they come with. The pupusas, tacos, quesadillas, tortas, wings, seafood pasta, and the Burrito Jalisco are all perfect. The woman in the window was very helpful and found a menu. The Seafood Combo is worth trying. This is a place worth the drive, and it is 100% recommended.
