Will not provide cups for water despite being a paying customer. Born and raised and have lived my entire life in the United States and this is the first time I've been told I cannot get a cup for tap water while making a purchase. When I asked why the young lady explained this is the manager's rule.

Took 20 minutes to get food at Duelles airport and it wasnt because they were swamped, just patheticly slow.

Bun good. Lettuce, onions, and pickles thick and fresh. Too bad they wrapped all that around an absolute hockey puck of a dried out burger patty. Barely edible. "Sea Salt" Fries had zero salt. Neither from the sea nor even from a shaker. Bland. Service was fast and friendly.

Super dry burger, no wonder it was ready 3 mins after I paid for my order. It looks like it's been sitting in their container waiting for the next victim. I could never ever trust airport food ever again except for Chick-fil-A on D10. If you fancy a dry burger then go for it!

Great service from Marcellus. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and gave me an expectation of when I would get it. My first time at a BrB and it was great. Burger tasted like it was fresh off a backyard BBQ grill. I’ll definitely be looking for more BrB locations when I travel
Burgers are sub par and dry. I ordered my burger, got on a plane and it was a totally different burger. Check orders if you’re just doing a grab and go.

Food was great. Had sweet potato fries that were crispy, a burger cooked medium with ripe tomatoe and fresh lettuce. They had a well operating/efficent staff and fast turn around on the food. Would recommend.
