As a Chick-Fil-A lover, this has to be one of the worst Chick-Fil-A’s that I have been to. The fries were crazy salty, the sandwich was not fresh, and the staff was trying to dispute me on a damn chocolate chip cookie, saying I didn’t order it when I did. They also put out my food without calling names, and then when I asked it was mine, they said, “yes.” I didn’t mind too much because I was in a rush to eat something before boarding my plane, but the staff are not the nicest here.

I’ve never had a bad experience at chick fil a, but there is always a first time for everything.
The staff here was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Two of the gentlemen working were more concerned with greeting their buddy that had just shown up for his shift that there was a full on handshake and hug with one member that was gloved and following safe food handling and the one that just showed up. The gloved team member went right back to touching all the food (including the uncovered fries).
A customer pointed out that she had received an incorrect item in her order (the teams fault). Instead of rectifying the situation- the team elected to blame her and gaslight her. To the point she ended up being charged to correct THEIR mistake.
the staff don’t seem to know what they are doing. they got half of my order wrong and it took them over 10 minutes to rectify everything because they didn’t understand what i was asking. they refunded the incorrect items with no problem though

Not recommended. Had to wait more than 12 minutes because my order was forgotten. No apology, just annoyed looks when I asked after 7 minutes... no trouble with the customers. Bad service! Never eat here again…

I usually love chick fila but my experience today was disappointing , the stuff very rude also the supervisor not helpful at all , she was dismissive, i had a problem with my order and when i told her , she told me it’s 10 cents.. dear it’s not about 10 cent it’s about you take more money and your way to solve problem

I asked for sauce and never received any, but other than that, the food is fine. I like the idea of not having any window per se at the drive-thru but someone handing you your food directly. That's a nice touch.

This is putting a bad rep for chick fil a! Terminal C in the airport. There was like 3 hairs in my chicken nuggets!!!
And to pay the extra price for being in the airport is ridiculous.
