I was double charged on my credit card. When I call the number listed on the airport website it's a wireless phone out of service. This is a poor way to do business.

I spent over 35 dollars and tipped very well and I was asked to leave for having a smarte carte for my luggage. Apparently, you’re not allowed to have a cart at an airport cafe?It is very interesting that they chose to share this information with me after they took my money. I was ready to let go of the bad food but their behavior was purely disgusting. When I asked why didn't anybody tell me carts weren’t allowed as I was making my purchase, the woman told me to go sit at the chairs by the conveyor belts? I can’t believe they are still in business. Disgusting establishment.

Early morning. The only place that seemed to have food (in the refrigerator case) and almost no line. $10.99 for the veggie sandwich. Hefty - but it was thoroughly soggy by the time I ate it: during boarding, before we pushed back.

I had the unfortunate experience here. I purchased two sandwiches for $35, the sandwiches were a complete disaster. They were so soggy that they practically disintegrated in my hands. It was clear that the ingredients were not fresh, and the overall quality was abysmal. I understand that airport dining can be on the expensive side, but that should never justify serving food of such poor quality. Save your money and your taste buds by looking for alternative dining options in the airport.

Didn't have apple pay, didn’t have half the menu including wine and beer, and then the cashier was extra slow. with all due respect this is an airport cafe/store and your taking your time when u see 15+ customers in line. I used to work as a barista you have to pick up the pace when a rush is beginning she was treating it as if there were only 2 customers in line. Then for me to get up there & the location has nothing thats on the actual menu is absurd, just replace this store with a hudson this needs to be shut down or re-managed.

The restaurant last was very rude and kicked us out after we were done with our food. The place wasn’t even busy,so it was not necessary to kick us out. I would not recommend going here,they don’t care about us customers. Rude and Disrespectful.

the two ladies working july 12th at 2am should be fired. problem staters looking for a fight. should jus be closed late night if they cant serve guests without lying to customers. without people buyin your product, your establishment will close. i thought customer service is key to runnin a business?dont waste your timerude

Horrible customer service, I travel often and the only reason I come here is because there is no other real option. It seems that being incompetent is a requirement to work here. They don't know their own menu even though it's small with less than 10 items and they over charge on purpose. On the ticket they "Added Ham" to my Gatorade? This place is a joke. Never coming again after this last time.
Very bad costumer service. Got food poisoning here after I was held on a long layover. The staff have no class. The man who took my voucher, a South Asian man was so rude to his colleague, physically and aggressively pushing her arm away when she offered to help with entering my voucher details. It was making me mad (I am South Asian myself and this is a BIG NO!). He was parading around taking calls and yelling as well which made the experience of eating there horrible. They would not give me the money left on my voucher. Avoid this place. And to that man, if you read this, learn to treat women better (the woman was also so rude but it was so inappropriate to push her like that). It felt like a low class market. Avoid this place if you can and I hope the airport changes the employees.
