Vegan-friendly options are scant in terminal B, especially for breakfast. This coconut Chia pudding from Freshii is pretty good and also affordable. It does have honey in it, though, so it’s not strictly vegan.

Wonderful flavor and fresh veggies. Sometimes airport food can be so heavy and unhealthy, so it was nice to find a place where I could enjoy light, healthy, flavorful food.

The Buddha Satay with Tofu bowl covered the basics and I was happy to be able to grab a fully-conceived meal quickly before my flight. The baked chick-peas were a nice touch to vary the consistency.
