First time visit, because they only open after noon. Received greetings from one of the two staff upon walking in. For the Priority Pass patrons, we were directed to the Business Lounge downstairs. The food choices were limited, but still have both cold and hot dishes. A few choices for snacks and desserts, but only apples for fruits. Offered both hot and cold beverages. Across the hallway, there was a full bar below stairs.

Priority Pass ruins lounges.
Used to visit this lounge and relax, now it feels like cattle herding.
This lounge always leaves me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the food is quite good, and the service is impressively quick in clearing used flatware (there’s even a service robot making its rounds). However, the ambience is somewhat disappointing. You have to go down a flight of stairs into a windowless room that feels like a dark basement. Additionally, the overall space is relatively small, though I have to say that I've always managed to find a seat easily.
One very practical feature is that you can board your plane directly from the lounge, using a separate gangway from the other passengers, which means almost no waiting time.
All in all, I’d give it 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4 stars.

Whilst we enjoyed our visit to the Lufthansa lounge at the Washington Dallas airport it is pretty basic and kinda dated when compared to many other businesses lounges.
Coffee and cake with small light meals offering was, well just ok and bar located under the staircase with a limited selection of beer although adequate - huge positive was a good German beer on offer!!
Bathroom was clean. Overall just okay, room for improvement.

Nice and clean lounge. Overcrowded in late afternoon with a few Lufthansa flights departing at around the same time.

It is a Lounge that tends to be full. They accept various club cards. There are two rest areas. The second level area has less variety of foods. But it is worth mentioning that despite this, it seems to me that it helps you cover a meal period (soup, salad, rolls, protein, rice, desserts). They offer you alcoholic beverages and excellent coffee that you prepare in a bean machine. Large and clean bathrooms. The table cleaning service is excellent (frequent). I would return without hesitation.

Possibly the worst lounge we have ever visited. Certainly the worst at Washington Dulles. The Business Class lounge downstairs is drab, dank and the food and the wine selection is horrible. Their wine, Canyon Road is one of the worst wines in the U.S.
The Chase/Etihad Lounge and the United Polaris lounge have very good food and a much better atmosphere.
