I was really surprised at how good this sandwich was and it was not super expensive. As we know many places at airports charge gouging prices. I got a tuna fish sandwich and it was very filling and I got some nice vegetables on it and it was really just delicious and a good experience. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly. The sandwich was less than $11 and it was super filling. I can go until dinner on this sandwich. I was really pleased that I could get a tuna fish sandwich at breakfast time.

Who reviews and airport restaurant? I do, because the team here on 11/7 at lunch was AMAZING. Huge line, staff came into the line with mobile order device, 1 person operated multiple registers at the same time, and despite a 20-person line I was out with a fresh, hot delicious sandwich in less than 10 minutes - felt like 5 minutes. Unheard of in airport fast food. Keep it up!

Promising until disappointment hits.
My wife orders a loaded potato soup and I a chicken sandwich.
When it comes time to pay, we are then told "we don't have loaded potato soup" no one notified us while the sandwich was prepping and the only excuse we get was "the guy taking your order probably didn't know" meanwhile, what's the story for everyone else?

Secondly, my sandwich, some of the meat was cold. I tasted more bread and onions instead of the chicken (might as well have gone to subway) and behold a jalepeño was found. Which I am allergic to. Assuming the lady who assembled the sandwich didn't know it was there, this blunder tells me that the cross contamination isn't well kept or made aware of.

Thankfully, I wouldn't be returning since this is in an airport.

Efficient service. An employee with an iPad took our order while in line. The mamas meatball sub was tasty. Prices were high due to the airport but I think more reasonable than other places in this concourse.

Incompetent employees. As a restaurant in an airport, time efficiency should be a huge priority. Completely ignored customers as they talk to each other only with trash all over the ground.

I asked for a BLTA replacing the bacon with chicken; nothing very complicated in my opinion. The waitress was unable to make this sandwich. I asked her if she had added the avocado, she replied that yes the avocado was added. Before paying I open my sandwich and... No avocado. Scandal. Flee this place!

Ordered online and went to pick up. Was ready quickly. All of my sandwich add requests were not done and the avocado was black. Had a few bites and tossed it. Was on a plane too late to return. Check your order before walking away. Garbage.

Beware of a warm coldcuts on sandwiches from this location! My wife ate a sandwich from this Potbelly, which is the only thing I didn’t also eat, and began having food poisoning symptoms the following day. We are on a special vacation and now the first few days are severely impacted. If you think to yourself ‘the deli cold cuts in this sandwich are a little warmer than they should be’, don’t eat it! Potbelly please be careful with food handling. Thank you.
