Shotted Specialty Coffee in Dulles blew me away. Their Karak hot chai is unlike anything else, soft, floral spice with a smooth, milky finish that warms the soul. The mall’s second‑level buzz is loud but lively, and the young staffers were incredibly polite and helpful. A true 5‑star sip-and-vibe experience.
