Very rude condescending woman at desk turned me away “to make room for Business Class passengers”, without asking if I’m Business. 👎🏼

They have the best baguettes, cheeses, and sandwiches. The food is excellent overall except the coffee. However, it can get stuffy quickly because they also accept Priority Pass and Saudia Airlines members. Sometimes, this means that Priority Pass members are turned away, which is disappointing. That said, the seating is cozy and relaxing, and the service is courteous.

This lounge offers a nice view, but food and beverage offerings are limited. It’s still a nice place to lounge while waiting for flight.

It's an alright lounge, but the restroom is way too small for the amount of people usually there.
The place is comfortable, but unfortunately entry is from 7 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon only for holders of all cards unless you are a Saudi business class. You are allowed to enter after 3 pm or you are on French lines. The food does not have a variety, but there are salads and pastas, and it includes coffee, juices, snack cakes and so on 👍🏻

My wife and I were not received even though we booked as business and MasterCard members and we also presented to them while we were in wheelchairs. All of this did not prompt the elderly lady at the reception to receive us under the pretext that the hall was crowded, even though we deserved to enter, as we were traveling on Saudi Airlines and our flight was close to take-off. !!!!!

Perle at the front desk was so helpful and friendly! I went to several lounges and she was the only one who was able to help me with an issue. Five stars for the service!

I visited this lounge on August 11th before my Korean Air flight and had a mixed experience. The lounge itself is pleasant, with a decent food lineup featuring hot dishes, bread, yogurt, juices, and alcohol, including free-flow Champagne, which was a highlight. The bartenders and cleaning staff were polite and accommodating.
Unfortunately, the registration process was a hassle. While the Korean Air ground staff was helpful, the local staff member at the reception desk displayed a disappointing lack of hospitality. When I mentioned my flight, her dismissive and rude attitude set a poor tone. She also assigned me a shower slot at my flight's boarding time, which was frustrating.
Thankfully, the Korean Air staff intervened after I raised my concerns. It turned out the shower was available the whole time, but the receptionist seemed more interested in her phone than assisting guests. Eventually, I managed to shower thanks to the Korean Air staff's help. The bathroom itself was clean and stocked with quality toiletries.
While the lounge amenities and most of the staff were great, the attitude of one individual significantly detracted from the experience. This lounge has potential but needs better consistency in customer service.

Bleak. Using Priority Pass, I was banished to a small basement section with a member of staff visibly ill and coughing. Small plastic bottles of water. The place felt like a hospital waiting area.
