Absolutely outrageous experience at the KLM Air France Lounge at IAD. Priority Pass members are flat-out refused entry with zero respect, even though the lounge clearly promotes itself as part of the program. The staff are shockingly rude and dismissive, using “overcrowding” as a lazy excuse to turn people away. It feels like they just don’t care at all. Totally unacceptable behavior — a complete embarrassment for both KLM and Air France.

Very pleasant, courteous, helpful staff. Delightful and delicious food offerings. Something for everyone - meat eating carnivores, plant loving vegetarians and vegans. Freshly prepared offerings, delicious fresh fruits and breads/baked goods. Fully stocked bar.

October 4, 2025 my Emirates at 14:20, I came to reception at 11am with my Mastercard where I was entitled to use the lounge. I was denied the access that I can enter at 11:20am which is 3 hours before the flight. It is clearly mentioned that I can stay maximum 3 hours. It means my boarding starts at 13:20 and I can enter the lounge by 10:20am. My Gold Member colleague managed my entry under his card. Lack of knowledge and common sense at the reception

They refused to accept Priority Pass and put out a sign blocking Priority Pass members.

Dirty old orange chairs that need replacing
Small space for passengers
The floor could be cleaner
The vents below the glass facade needs to be cleaned and vacuumed
I hope Air France will revamp their lounge in the future to be like their lounge in Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris

Been here a lot, always aloof and rude
Wonderful service with kind and professional employees.
What a joke. I arrived at 5:30 PM today and was told the lounge is full with business class passengers, and the earliest I could get in is 8:00 PM — but my flight is at 6:30 PM. Priority Pass doesn’t work here, or they simply don’t accept it at the Air France lounge.

You should really just not accept priority pass instead of saying you do and limiting it until after 8:00 pm.
