The doors were still locked when I sat down. It was around 5:42, and I picked the seat for the outlet, not the coffee.
Israel came out at about 5:51. Urban Crave opens at 6. He said good morning, asked if I needed anything, saw me plugged into their counter before they were even open, and let it be. That is nine minutes before his shift owed anybody anything, spent making a stranger with a phone feel like a customer instead of a problem.

Krystal was absolutely amazing! Not only was she fun and personable but she is amazingly fast! I do not have enough good things to say. I had 15 min to grab a drink and in then time I saw her seamlessly serve 20 people with a wonderful personality and making jokes along the way. I’ve been in the service industry for 20+ years and never seen someone so good at their job!
