“I was just passing through, the space was a little run down for my taste, the service could improve, and the hot chocolate is definitely terrible, it was sweet water with a chocolate smell, I honestly expected more from the Dunkin Donuts chain, the donut didn't stand out either. I wouldn't go back.“

“I was in the area from out of town and looked up kolaches because I’ve had them before. Texas donuts came up and I’m glad they did. Everything I got was so good. Doughnuts were fresh and tasty!! Will be back when I come back up.“

Small franchise run by cheapskates that allow their managers to abuse children, verbally and psychologically..... as a dad of one of the soon to be former employees I implore you to stay away from this place. They deserve no money. I would rather see this place burn to the ground than ever give them even a penny at this point. Just go to crumble cookies, way better staff and environment. if you do end up going, do me a favor, ask Jahven why he likes to abuse 16 year old girls......? I'm not 16 but I would love to hear him say things in front of me, akin to the things ive heard from him already, vicariously..........“

“The ladies who work at this location are SO sweet (especially Veronica). Seeing them is worth the trip alone. Yes, the drive-thru can be a pain when people block the exit, but I’m a frequent flier, and I truly haven’t experienced that more than a couple of times. On average, in my experience, the line moves fairly quickly. I would prefer this location over the other one on Garrisonville any day due to convenience and staff.“

“The food was good, hot, etc. No problem there. My issue is with the young woman with hip-length dreads that were frayed at the end and left to hang, unsecured. Everyone else had their hair secured, but her braids were left to drift freely into food being prepared, take a dip into the oil fryer, griddle, ice machine, etc. Major safety and health hazard. Also, no one seemed to be wearing any kind of identifiable Dunkin clothing except one guy.“

“Hello! So I put 4 stars on food only because I didn’t know what to put for DoorDash. Basically I was wondering if the dozen boxes should be taped shut?I DoorDashed my dozen donuts order and it wasn’t taped, but I believe even days before that it wasn’t. I’m not mad or dissatisfied, I just wanted to know if you guys usually tape the boxes, only so I can ensure my dasher didn’t just open it and tampered with it. I’ll be relieved if I’m told it wasn’t taped “

“Let me just say this. I’m only giving service, food, atmosphere five stars because of Lashe’!!! She makes the drinks soooo good. Every morning I stop by early and get coffee. She never fails. She’s the only one in that establishment that knows how to make the drinks the correct way. If you’re reading this, whenever you stop by at this location. Ask for Lashe’ ! I promise she won’t miss.“
