The staff is known for their kindness, patience, and attentiveness, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The food and drinks are consistently tasty and accurately prepared, though the drive-thru can sometimes experience delays. This location was every bit as good as the customer's favorite New England Dunkin'. The manager, Rico, provided great customer service and product knowledge, keeping a happy customer. In contrast, the experience at another Dunkin' location was less satisfactory, with the new manager being unhelpful and uninterested in the customer's concerns.
