El Papi Street Tacos and Birria Tacos (Dumfries)

DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE OR WANT TO CANCEL A PORTION OF YOUR ORDER ! It was a living nightmare arguing back and forth with this lady named Sandra . First of all the ordering process sucks . They either have a kiosk or a QR code that you can order from because the girls in front will not help with an order unless you are paying cash . I had ordered 4 asada tacos but my son doesn’t like corn tortillas so after I ordered I didn’t realize that the tacos came in corn tortillas because it doesn’t specify which tortillas they come with . So I asked if they could SELL ME not give me nor substitute but SELL and they said no . So I knew my son wasn’t going to eat the tacos so I asked them to cancel those tacos and this lady that said her name is SANDRA said for me to go cancel in the kiosk and I went just to find out that the Kiosk is only used to order not cancel but she knew that because the moment I turned back and looked at her she had a mischievous smile/grin . I was so mad at this point and I said why do you send me if you clearly knew I wasn’t going to be able to and she said because I told you we couldn’t and we had no way of refunding you . I said it doesn’t make sense that I can order but can’t cancel , you can do that in any other restaurant and she said yes but we are not other restaurants so you can’t do it here . She says it says right there, in a 3x3 paper no sublimations on the Pixie glass that is along with 30 other signs that no one reads because they have a million other things in the menu that you have to read if you are not sure what you want . Then she is there arguing back and forth with me and she came to a point and told me that I’m not Mexican because of the tacos I wanted weren’t Mexican , she said that is Tex mex ! OMG! So I asked another girl if they could give the manager or owner or whom ever they had my number and she said “LADY, we are really busy and we don’t have time to be arguing with you and we have other customers “ being that I am a customer and had just paid $113 for my food ! No manners and no morals ! So waited there about 20 min and and she gave me a refund and I said while you are there just go ahead and take the tip off too because I refuse to give my money to people like you all ! The food is good but sometimes a place that has good food but rude people ruins it for you . My mouth was so dry because I was so mad and so embarrassed of the woman yelling at me treating me like a nobody !
