One of the best McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to regarding personal orders or mobile orders because of the crews’ energy irregardless of the time of day. For example, providing assistance with their breakfast hours that begin @4 that I had not looked up. In addition, I made a mistake and was highly disrespectful and the personnel here assisted me through it despite my attitude. Thank you !!
If you, as a 24 hour location, need to close early for any reason, then you need to also turn off the option for mobile ordering. It’s happened to me on two separate occasions at this location that I’ve gone through with placing a mobile order, and pull up to find the building closed, lights turned off and everything. While the posted notes on the drive thru windows and speaker are helpful for anyone ordering there, there is no way of knowing that you’re closed as someone...
I frequent this location when I leave the casino late at night. The food is always fresh. The drive-thru workers could work on their customer service skills a bit more, but overall the service is fast and the food is fresh!
