Swiped through other reviews and was a bit skeptical but went in anyways. Pupusas were full of flavor and great! I had the fish and wife had steak ranchero, and we were NOT disappointed! Only thing was the tamales were a bit on the salty side but overall good and still worth it. Spent 85 on a lot of food. I look forward to coming back and trying other menu items!
It's tucked away in a small shopping center off of Route 1 in Dumfries, so you might miss it. It's got a full bar and TVs on the walls, but I had ordered food to go.Pupusas are one of my favorite foods, so I ordered two pupusas revueltas and two loroco and cheese pupusas. The pupusas revueltas were good, but the loroco and cheese pupusas were fantastic. I went here with my pops (Dad) we are from LA and are of Mexican descent. Food was good, my shrimp was slightly over cooked by a minute but no biggy, flavor was there. I'm being picky. There's no chips and salsa like other Mexican restaurants and the rice with my dish had peas and carrots, rice was a tan color which from my experience isn't Mexican rice.
