First time stopping here and was greeted by Shawna who assisted me in finding the correct order for me. She could have let me order whatever I wanted but she genuinely asked me what I was on the mood to eat and rang up my order accordingly instead of charging me a la carte. When my food was ready she open the tray and explained to me what I was looking at and what to expect. This small gesture is what is missing from today’s customer service. Went 30 mins before closing, about 10-12 people waiting. I know, late in the day. No one was in line to order but it took over 5 mins to take my order. Then comes the wait. Over 30 mins to get my order.
Shrimp Po-Boys were excellent. The service was very slow and it took almost 25 min to get my to go order after we ordered it. Average atmosphere and ot could have been cleaner but it was not bad.
