Don't waste your time or money at this location. The lettuce was already changing colors, some of the spinach was already starting to wilt, and the red onions looked like they. Just came out of a freezer. This was at 2pm. The man that took my order never gave me an option on cheese or anything he looked at the board and decided he was gonna make it his way! The 2 scoops of meat for foot-longs were half full, and spread to cover bun. I asked for more sauce he looked irritated and gave a quick squirt and started to close the bun before I could say anything! Once rang up he looked at receipt guessing looking for tip that wasn't there due to rudeness he mumbled something and slid my bag to me. The only reason I made the purchase was I had to get home to my mom she was hungry and also needed her cancer meds. Made sure NO lettuce or anything that looked bad was not on her sandwich. Will never come back there again and shame on you Subway for allowing this. Does not help your brand at all! 1 star because I have too!

The cleanest subway I have ever been to hands down!! All of the ingredients looked much fresher than other subways! This one is 3 min away from the one inside of Dumfries Walmart and totally worth the visit if you want good service and food made with fresh products. I really enjoyed talking to the manager here. I called in before I went and he had a nice personality and once I went in it was the same. Super great management, store is super clean, products stocked and fresh, and just a great experience compared to other subways in the area. I definitely recommend everyone visit this subway. I got a sub for my dad and even he said it’s much better than usual and I guarantee it’s because this location is superior!

The managers treat the employees like absolute trash. All the employees besides the managers are nice. This is the worst subways I've ever had to encounter. God bless I hope things get better there.Besides blaming the employees about the condition of the restaurant maybe you should blame the managers
Ordered off of here from postmates. Only 5 miles away and took 2 hours and never received anything. Was a scam for me to cancel my order and they get the $10 cancelation fee.

The Tuna is more like a paste than tuna! I had to toss it. I called to express the consistency and was told it's my taste! I thought there was a standard? No more dollars for you.

I've had two repeated encounters with this place. The first time they never gave me my sub and once I realized it they lied and said they gave it to me. My most recent encounter was horrid. The man made a wrap and never offered to put cheese in my wrap. Once I made him aware of it, he refused to put cheese in my wrap. I will never go to this Subway again. I will stick with the one inside the Walmart. I've never had one issue there

I stopped at the store at 17317 Jefferson Davis Hwy. The menu is a bait and switch where they over charge you. The meal of the day states $6 for a 6" or foot long, At the bottom it states that you can get the sub of the day 6" for $3.50. I bought the 6" meal then they charged me extra and when I questioned it they said I did not read it right. They said that extra charge was because I got the 6" sub. It is very clear, the 6" meal comes with chips and drink. This store is a crook and I would tell everyone to double check their ticket

They are great. I kinda wish they were a little better with honoring coupons but they are always very nice and I've never seen the place dirty like ever. From the glass on the front to the counters they prepare the sandwiches on, clean as a whistle.
