Mariana is fantastic! She catered our community day event for work. Her communication was top notch and made the booking process a breeze. She showed up early and made the most amazing food! We had so much positive feedback from the catering. Everyone was raving about how much they enjoyed the food and how flavorful it was. Eat here! You will not be disappointed!
All savory fare begins with the main ingredient, which is love. You need a chef with a big heart to transfuse through her hands love into her food. Mariana certainly qualifies. She was a charming and delightful person to work with; very efficient, responsive and organized; and the tacos, etc., were some of the best I've ever tasted. It was a truly superior experience and I'm sure I'll be working with Mariana again in the not too distant future. I couldn't recommend...
First off, the food at this truck is delicious! My favorite is the sub. More importantly, the lady running the food truck is one of the most generous and kindest people I've ever met. Five stars across the board.
