The Playbook Sports Bar + Grill

Sierra was a an attentive and friendly waitress when I had dinner at the end of a long day. Wings and fries were good. Was cool that they had karaoke going on.

Food was hot and yummy. Sierra was our server....totally awesome customer service! The bloomin onion was better than Outback's!

Hands down the worst bar I’ve ever been too. Food was awful, selection was mediocre. Service was insanely slow. Rather than have a large high quality TV at the state they have a pull-down screen with a projector on it. Trash

It was a great place in the resort I was staying in. Loved the cheesesteak and they don't have chili cheese fries but my waiter made it for me anyways and they were great.

Awful service & worse food.

Store brand cheap pizza passed off as a pepperoni flatbread. Equally cheap fish with adequate fries. Basically inedible.

The waitress didn't return for half an hour by which time our party had left without taking more than 2 bites. Good job we didn't want a refill. I paid the bill for literally nothing, will never eat there again & you should do the same :(.

Oh, we were seated right under a 6 foot speaker were we couldn't even hear each other talk.

We are traveling through from New York. We stopped for dinner and drinks. Lauren our sever was amazing. It was the Kentucky Derby day and really busy and Lauren was all over the place taking care of tables, we never felt ignored. She was friendly and professional. The food came out quickly and was delicious!

Yeah, it might be understaffed at the moment. But that is what happened with MGM. However, have to get the ticket dispensers working. I'll be back though!

I went to the bar and was quickly served by a bartender who made my margarita delicious (i wanted a lemon drop but she couldn't make it). We were seated by a host named Rochelle who was amazing as was our server. The food was not good. I got all three tacos. The steak and barria were bland and dry. The chicken tacos were good though. My partner got the steak. Although not seasoned, it was tender. I did not like the brussel sprouts but the cabbage was okay. There was a live band playing when i went (friday night) which was cool. I will return again most likely just for drinks and to enjoy the dj or band.
