Slow service - some people left the drive through line due to wait. We waited about 20 minutes to get food after order. Chicken sandwich was missing lettuce. They were semi busy though.
We were there 9-5-24 around 7. The receipt says the hosts name is Lisa. She was great. She spoke with customers like she was glad we were there. Friendly, outgoing, smiling. Our food was hot. Usually at a ff place some items get cold while they wait for something else to get done. Not the case here. Good service, hot food, clean dining area.
We were on our way to Busch Gardens when we made a pit stop. The exterior looked new compared to surrounding fast food joints, so we stopped here. Our host, Tiyanni, was super sweet to my daughter while we were ordering. After ordering, we went to the restroom, which was clean. We sat with the rest of our party at a clean table. Tiyanni brought our food out to us, we ate & were on our way. The team was pleasant & polite, service fast, place clean. Thanks!
