I live in New Jersey and every time my wife and I visit my grandmother we always make a stop at Hardee’s especially the exmore location as we don’t have one. I must say the employees are always amazing and friendly and the General Manager James is just one of the nicest guys and runs a great team. My last visit was on 9/21/25.

My buger was fresh, but the fries weren't. Fries should be cooked fresh with each order. I would rather wait on fresh food than have to return my food because it was old.

I was passing thru on my way back to Maine and I wasn't even planning on stopping! But... there was road construction and a lane was closed and I got caught in the wrong lane so I said what the heck and swung on in. I quickly ordered 2 fish sandwhiches and 2 chicken sandwhich meals on the app. When I went in I was told politely (by a guy who seemed like he was the manager) that they were out of fish, and they asked how can they make it right. I said please just let me get chicken sandwhiches all around. They were like, you got it. I can't explain what I want to say, but the service was great and they spoke to me like I mattered. You don't get that in fast food too often. I'm a Hardees fan from way back, so the food has always been great. I just highly recommend this loaction in Exmore. They truly seemed to care about who they are inside that store.

It was only one person at cash counter and one to give out food and it was 2 bus load of people
Horrible food. Horrible service. This people that work there are so rude and unfriendly and not courteous at all. It's just a dud all the way around.

I've come to this Hardee's a few times before with no complaints, but the last two times I've arrived exactly when it opens and their biscuits were not ready. I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Your food should be ready when you open.

I just went through the drive through today. I only ordered a medium unsweetened tea. I had the most pleasant and polite person serve me going through there this afternoon. What a very nice young lady.
