come on by for some delicious tacos !
This place is amazing! I am not normally into corn tortillas but I gambled with the Al Pastor tacos and I was blown away, you can taste the care that everything was made with, and the kid at the register was such a sweetheart and helped me pick out a perfect burrito for my husband. We will be back and keep coming back as my family lives in the area! Thank you Mama Judith’s!

Mama Judith's is a hidden gem on the eastern shore, serving some of the best Mexican food outside of Mexico from a roadside food truck. With authentic dishes like birria quesadilla and birria ramen, everything is made fresh to order. The portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, treating customers like family. The food truck, painted bright yellow, gleams like a desert mirage and promises tacos and kindness. The shrimp and chorizo tacos are perfectly cooked, flavorful, and taste like home-cooked meals. The green sauce is very tasty, though spicy. Visitors often find the service warm and friendly, making it a warm fire and a full plate in an impersonal world. Highly recommended for a tasty and satisfying meal when passing through the area.
