Momma Judith knows what’s up! Her food truck is in the parking lot of a gas station but is definitely worth the stop. This is some of the best Mexican food my husband and I have had in a while, we could not have been happier with our choice. Tender, juicy and not the giant hunks of fat we get at restaurants back home. 10 out of 10 recommend, we will be stopping every year to and from obx!
Got fries, chicken quesadilla, cheese quesadilla and a Birria taco. +2 lemonades. The drinks were a nice size. And the food was fantastic. So fresh and delicious. The chicken quesadilla was nice and salty with tremendous flavor.
We were vacationing at Cape Saint Charles and having a great time. But… it was time for some Mexican cuisine. We made a google search and vuala, we found Mama Judith’s.
We drove 20 minutes to their food truck. It was well worth the drive. For a food truck, their menu is quite extensive. Very cool.
