Rarely have a cashier at the counter in the morning. Employee gives drivein priority and get to the counter when they feel like it.
Often wait many minutes to take order.
I ordered two breakfast, and like on of the breakfast did not include the sausage and the other one did not include the hash brown and since I was in a hurry I did not check my breakfast at the restaurant and I noticed it once I got home, I was really in a bad mood once I checked my order
This happened in Onley�
Pulled into drive through for one large coffee (black). Took ten minutes to order with only 3 cars ahead. Another 3-4 minutes to get to pay window. Paid at 3:31, and after being told to pull aside "at the doors", we waited and waited... finally at 3:56 I asked one of the kids to take the receipt into the store and demand to get our coffee NOW so we could leave.
Over 40 minutes for a coffee??????!
