Could be the actual slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to….. Not to mention the food is subpar and the service is shit
Update: one year later and I ended up at this place again…. Came here to leave a bad review and see I already left one 😂😂 do yourself a favor and find something else up the road, especially if you’ve got somewhere to be… slow as molasses

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst food I have ever gotten and the staff seemed annoyed (I didn't complain they just all seemed fed up with all the customers they interacted with)

The line for drive through wrapped around store. After sitting for 10 minute with no movement I left the McDonald's and went to the Hardee's that was very close. Had fast service there. This was the second McDonald's we had stopped at on Eastern shore. The first one, north of this one, was also very crowded. People inside were saying they had been waiting for 30 min.

I come here a lot, I’ve had bad experiences & good experiences. But today I want to give recognition to a young lady by the name of Savannah working. Her customer service was admirable. I was blown away at how she approached customers sitting down, asking them if they needed anything , and reassuring customers that their order was coming up. Great customer service skills. Absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I came here for fast food, not a slow motion horror movie. Waited an hour inside for our food. The only thing fast about this McDonald’s is how quickly my hope and patience died. People were politely asking for refunds and supposedly there was no manager. Honestly it didn’t look as if the place was properly staffed. One person cooking and one person serving with the priority being drive thru. lt was 7:30am and the employees looked like they were part of a hostage negotiation. And honestly, SAME. When the manager finally came around she had a terrible attitude and was rude when people politely asked for a refund.
There are bugs all over the dining lights. The trash cans were overflowing. The bathrooms weren’t clean. The baby changing station is broken and a safety hazard.
Ronald McDonald, come get your people.
There was one Spanish guy that was running orders all around and getting drinks and he was incredibly patient and very nice given the circumstances.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place can't make an order correct if there life depended on it. Almost every single time I go here they don't put half my food in the bag add to that the rude people who work here. Don't go here it's awful!

The manager was playing with her phone more than filling orders. They forgot two items we ordered. The kiosk in the restaurant didn't give a receipt. Staff needs more training on customer service.

We’ve been here a couple times, as we were staying close by. The store is clean during the day but at night, it’s a different story. Garbage was overflowing. Food took forever, the ice machine was out and all napkins were gone. There was no replenishment throughout the day.
