This is our absolute favorite VA winery. We are also club members from out of state. We have never had a bottle of their wine that we didn’t love. Vintner Mike is a wealth of information, as is Alex in the tasting room. The property is beautiful. This winery is a true gem- we visit them at least once every year in addition to receiving our club allotment by mail.
At the end of a dirt road here in Nelson County you’ll find a really wonderful winery. Winter reds by the fire or summer whites by the pond you can’t go wrong. Owners are welcoming wonderful folks and they’ve got super dogs too!
Came here with my wife and got a bottle of wine while sitting out near the pond. The valley that the winery is in is beautiful and we really enjoyed the wine we got. We also very much enjoyed the big fluffy vineyard dog, Buck, who came and hung out with us for 30 minutes and loved the attention we gave him. Highly recommend this place!
