Very good steak sandwiches. Ours was a little slow coming out, since the orders seemed backed up, but not terribly so. Limited seating in a strip mall environment. Overall, though, I would recommend for a quick cheese steak fix!

The bread-to-meat ratio needs improvement—the meat portion is noticeably small. As for customer service, the person who answered the phone didn’t come across as friendly or courteous; a refresh in phone etiquette would go a long way, especially with basic politeness like saying 'thank you'. On the bright side, the steak & cheese itself was tasty.

George is the definition of the American dream!! First one to greet you, always friendly, and puts out THE BEST cheesesteak! Will not buy from anywhere else anymore!! Thank you for providing consistency over the years!!
