My mother bought me sugar bread that's like covered with sugar dust on it and it was delicious I think it was called sugar bread bites that are like small nugget size. It was delicious and tasty. The employees were nice too. Keep up the best and tasty food service everyone. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it.

The staff member, slightly older lady maybe late 30s, has a bit of an attitude. On multiple visits across several months I’ve mentioned things and she gives me the exact opposite, then gets upset when I mention it wasn’t what I wanted. It’s the same service level at both auntie Anne’s in fair oaks, however not much we can do.

I read the other reviews and feel kind of perplexed. I’ve always had great food and service here. It’s yummy pretzels- it’s not that complicated. I’ve had really kind service by the staff here as well. In 2025 it’s priced accordingly compared to other things. I have had trouble one time at another location with the app, so that’s more of a corporate thing… but the staff at the other location still fixed it.
