Went here recently with a friend. Their tapioca is a lot more flavorful and chewier than other places, which I find great. Milk tea was just slightly watery but fine. Smoothies were good too! Great for the price point!
How have I not reviewed Boba Knight yet? Unthinkable!
I adore this place in so many ways. It's become my reward for long weeks at work, and there are so few places you can get a drink and lunch for under 15. All of their springrolls are fresh and incredible, and you can watch and see the husband-wife pair make all the drink components lovingly by hand. If you want boba, please support this Fairfax local business, they're incredible!

Good boba tea. Had the knight milk tea with boba and galaxy tea with strawberry jelly. Both were really good. Store was really clean and cute. Lots of board games and activities to do for a hangout or date. Nice spot.
