Boliviamanta Kitchen is a casual cafe, not fancy, offering a new experience with great food. It is the best place of Bolivian food in No. Va. The preparation and care in the food is impeccable, with all dishes having great presentation and immaculate flavor. The food is delicious made with quality ingredients. Huge portions are nice for sharing dishes. Specific meals include sopa de mani, which was pretty good and huge with a good meat portion. The Planchita is a t bone with yuca, fries, hot dogs, sautéed onions and tomatoes, plantains, and 2 fried eggs. The Silpancho was okay but a bit soggy. The Chajchu was on point. Reasonable prices and it is also a bakery, so do not skip dessert. They have a bakery section for all the bread lovers, showcasing the Bolivian flavor with their spices. The service is cordial and welcoming. Servers are 5 stars.
