3/26/24 @ 8:45PMI brought a friend to dinner in town from Latin America for a late meal. We ordered food TO GO. While waiting, we visited the BAR & met Ameelia + Bobby. Both were gracious, helpful & suggested we visit BRIO for HH since they are new to the location & are trying to bring new regulars to the restaurant & make them feel special. They did just that for me. Keep up the good work Ameelia & Bobby. btw....my TO GO order was very quick & the food was delicious.2023Arrived for Happy Hour. Food & Drink was excellent. Service provided by Paul & Sam was marvelous.

Meals have gotten very expensive. Two dinners, salads and sodas over 100 with tip. I could get the same meal for less elsewhere just as good. Service was average at best.

We visit this Brio monthly. Last month we had Martin as our server and he did a very good job. This time we asked to be seated in his area. The restaurant was as busy as we can remember. Martin did another very good job but service was slower than usual. We attributed this to the number of customers at this time. The delay was not so much that it affected the experience. We will definitely be back.

The food and service are always excellent! The atmosphere reminds me of restaurants I've been at in Europe.
Food was great as usual, but our service was extremely lousy. Pedro seemed annoyed at substitutions, and never took empty glasses or plates from the table when we had put them aside or they were empty. We waited a solid 15 minutes before recieving refills, and left with 4 empty glasses on the table (for two us) due to him not bussing anything. Service was too disappointing to return, I hope Brio will do better.

I absolutely love this restaurant!!!! To start, a very friendly staff. Easy and convenient to get to at Fair Oaks Mall. The restaurant has a classic upscale feel with plenty of booths and tables set with white linen tableclothes and napkins giving it an air of elegance and at the same time a very cozy comfortable atmosphere. There is a separate section for large parties that can be made private with curtains pulled. There is a bar with plenty of seating and a casual outdoor seating area with large umbrellas in warmer weather. Something for everyone! I go here just about every week. For starters they bring out fresh crunchy yeasty bread hot out of the oven and serve with and butter (separate, you can use as much as you want). Delicious! My favorite drink is the Amalfi. Here is a picture from my most recent visit. It tastes as delicious as it looks. Presentation is a beautiful piece of art and was made by Tiffany, my favorite wonderful server!!! Anything you order on the menu is absolutely delicious. I come back for the good food, the wonderful ambiance, the great servers, and especially Tiffany and her thoughtful service every time as well as that perfect Amalfi cocktail that is almost too pretty to drink!

A lovely dining experience!I took 3 teens to the mall to shop and decided to take myself to dinner at the same time while they walked around. This place was exactly what I needed. The lighting was soft and inviting. I sat at the bar. Tiffany and Bobby were excellent! Very accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed their positive energy. They had great recommendations on food and they were on point with it. Loved spending my time here with them while my teens did their teen thing. I ended up getting the chicken lemon and it was great! Happy to come back and see Tiffany and Bobby again.

I met some friends of mine for lunch at this restaurant. They wanted to eat something healthy and had suggested this venue. We ordered Gorgonzola Lamb Chops, Chicken Marsala, and Chicken Limone. My lamb chops were off the appetizer menu, so I ordered a side of mashed potatoes. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I polished off my Chops and the spinach that accompanied it. I also made a big dent in the potatoes. This is a first for me as I always take home half my food.My friends enjoyed their meal too.After our main meal we ordered lattes and one tiramisu. The two of them polished it off, so I'm assuming it was good.I wouldn't hesitate to go to this place again.

There are some really great dishes that you can only get at Brio. I'm glad they are still in the area considering Covid is still closing businesses. The dine-in service needs work.Kid-friendliness: kids like the food.
