the food is mid at best. dry topokki, and fried rice lacked flavor, the kimbab was good. it is open late which is nice

Cafe K is easily one of the best Korean casual spots around. Every dish we tried was excellent and clearly made with care.
The jjapaguri was rich and savory with perfectly cooked noodles and tender beef, topped with a sunny-side egg that made the flavor even better when mixed together. It had that deep, comforting taste that’s hard to find.

Cafe K is a hidden gem in a large office building, offering a mix of Korean and Thai cuisine. The pad Thai is a standout dish, even compared to fancy restaurants in the area, and priced at an affordable $10. While lacking in atmosphere, the food quality makes up for it. The staff is respectful, and the Philly cheesesteak is a must-try, along with the unique Korean coffee. However, the teriyaki chicken sometimes has an overwhelming vinegar taste. Some dishes, like the udon noodle soup, can be overly salty, and others, such as the cheesy jiggae, may have clumpy cheese that isn’t fully melted. One customer described the food as feeling like it was made by a high schooler, especially when a wrap was drenched in gochujang sauce. Despite these inconsistencies, the Spam musubi is highly praised. Overall, Cafe K is worth visiting for a satisfying meal experience, and the service remains consistently good with large portion sizes.
