Mariana was amazing! She had the best suggestions for us since it was our first time at Shabu Shabu. She was also super helpful with tips on how to get the best flavor out of our broth, veggies, fish, and meat. Fun atmosphere, great food, and even better service!
This is my first time coming here and I will come back! The server was very sweet and helpful in the process of picking the course set and the sauces! The Shabu Shabu course set is absolutely delicious. I did the Beef Belly with Tonkotsu + Spicy miso soup which was a smooth broth. Thank you for a great time!
spicy miso is sometimes vegan- check with the server. tomato broth is also vegan. Vegetarian platter is great and satisfying. server has to run around set temperature of hot pot high or low. with one person watching the whole section - it can be a lot of work.
