It is so refreshing to experience amazing customer service that goes above and beyond. I made my pick up order to the completely wrong location and the gentleman helping me out did not even hesitate to make the meal I ordered. He also saw it was my friend’s birthday and wrote happy birthday on the box. I wish I got his name but I genuinely appreciate him going above and beyond!
We love going here! It is healthy and fresh. Great variety of chicken salads and good sides (including the broccoli salad). My daughter loves the homemade tasting mac and cheese and the iced sugar cookie they include! Wish they had more locations.
Unfortunately, staff doesn’t want to work here, and it shows in the food quality. A smile can go along way when serving customers as well. Monday crew around 12:00 needs some training.
