The crew is rude and not there to help you, will roll their eyes at you. but the food is good, like any other chipotle.

Did not hear up the food I ordered. I got my food cold.
I tried to order from app for the very first time because during the lunch time , it's always packed! I thought it's the smartest thing ever, but it's zonk!
The portion was too little not even reach the middle. i was so disappointed and still feel much hungry after finishing it.
I do understand theyre busy and rushing, but please we pay for it. Some people don't have enough money to get "more" food, including me.
Had to hold the hunger for the rest of the day at campus on that day. Yeah, terrible experience.

I would always come here to get food until I found a BUG in my bowl. Absolutely disgusting, I wonder what else they leave in their food. The kitchen conditions are disgusting

Got a bowl but there was little food. The avocado sauce wasn’t done right. They put a whole avocado in my bowl. I don’t recommend at all

GET GUAC ON THE SIDE. I got a half-spoon once, asked for more, and the manager stopped taking care of another order and she said “no that’s enough, or you’ll pay extra.” The workers are fine, the management just instructs them to skimp and has no customer service skills. For 3$, get your moneys worth and get the guac on the side.

I used to make online orders but then after 2 instances where i had multiple items missing on my order, i decided to start going in person. At first my experience was great. I found the staff to be polite, efficient, and helpful. As I frequently visited chipotle i started to notice the portions get drastically smaller. I get that portions can’t be too big, but Mason chipotle used to be cheaper than other locations(for some reason) and now as the prices increase it feels unfair for the portions to be so small. The staff works really hard, but there’s a few people who are notorious for giving low portions and then giving dirty looks if you ask for even a little extra

Why would you let normal people order ahead on a college campus. I just wanted my food I didn’t want to walk 20 minutes trying to find the restaurant. Subpar food literally fix it
I used to come here once a week before I graduated from GMU, so the service is hit or miss for me. If you come here around 1-2pm, definitely be prepared to deal with a big crowd, as if you will be waiting outside of the door. Service is ok. I've had some nice servers, and others who were not so great, but something I've noticed about this Chipotle is that they give you the tiniest portions of protein and bean. I once got three literal black beans on my bowl, and two steak meats, which isn't worth the price that you pay, but sometimes I've had servers give a generous amount of meat. Rice can be a bit mushy and salty at times too, but mostly I've had good experiences.I would come back here, but I am always thinking whether the next experience will be good or bad. The GMU Chipotle definitely needs some consistency with their service and food quality.

This Chipotle location falls short on several fronts. The cleanliness standards and overall hygiene could definitely use a boost, and the placement of the restaurant could be better. Their protein choices often taste stale, almost as if they've been left out for hours (which they likely have been). Additionally, they seem to be short-staffed, so don't expect lightning-fast service when placing your order. I would not suggest eating inside of this location, I've never seen them wipe the tables in my multitude of depressing visits. If you really feel like eating mid Chipotle come here, but you are right next to so many other decent food places please reconsider your life choices.TLDR: Mid food, understaffed, hygiene leaves much to be desired
Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the first floor of the Johnson center. Anything short of a truck could fit inside or make it here. Have no fears!

They would not give normal portions of protein even if we ask for it. The lady gave me 1 teaspoon of veggies and when I asked for a bit more, she rudely said sorry and moved my bowl aside. This has happened a lot of times before as well.Like seriously? You won't give me food that I am paying for? What is there in a veggie bowl if not veggies? Please improve that. I love chipotle but this has made me feel like I shouldn't even go there to ruin my mood.

My visit to Chipotle left much to be desired, warranting just one star. To begin with, finding the restaurant proved to be a daunting task, as it was tucked away amidst perplexing roads. Upon arrival, despite being only ten minutes behind schedule to collect my order, it remained unprepared, and there was a conspicuous absence of staff at the front counter. Additionally, the lack of napkins and utensils, coupled with a limited drink selection, further added to the disappointment of the experience. Overall, the combination of navigational challenges and subpar service made for an unsatisfactory dining encounter at Chipotle.
