I understand cleaning needs to get done, but, to stand in front of 2 employees looking at us while cleaning and not acknowledge us for over 3 minutes,then serve us overcooked,dried out food....

Adequate service, reasonable price, and delicious food. This establishment has always been a place to go if the group can't agree on where to go.

Employees are like bosses of this place, they don't care.

Food service worker was very rude and very skimpy portions. I asked for extra rice and she barely gave me any more. Rice and chicken tasted horrible for chipotle quality. Will not be coming back

Lazy management. Restaurant has a children’s menu, high chairs, and NO CHANGING TABLE. I had to change my infants poop diaper on a dining table which was not cleaned afterwards. So just know if you’re eating at one of their tables, there may have been a poopy diaper and wipes on it just moments prior.

Standard chipotle, but they are not very kid friendly. 2 dirty high chairs for the whole restaurant and not neither restroom has a changing table.

I would pick another chipotle…. Portions were way too small and employees were snarky . They forgot to ring up some of my items, and then they took it out of the bag after I paid and refused to give it to me. Worst chipotle experience I’ve had.

Had to keep asking for new chips because the two bags they gave me were stale. “Do you just want a refund orr..?” No, I want chips that aren’t stale to go with my guac. Quick look around the cafe and there was not a SINGLE clean table. Every single table was sticky or had previous trash on them. Trash piled up in every bin. Another customer asked for a rag to wipe the table for him and his daughters to sit and the cashier just pointed at the napkin dispenser. It was around 5pm so I’m sure there was a previous rush but the three guys at the line were just standing around doing absolutely nothing.

Worse customer service out of salad dressing and then they bagged my food wrong that when I picked it up the bag ripped. They didn’t even say sorry or anything and just laughed I’d never returned here.

I ordered online for pickup. I arrived 2 min past promised time. Order was not ready and lady initially told me they did not receive my order. Then, they found my order and began preparing but stopped mid-way to help an in-person order. It was not a busy time, like 3pm. They gave me white rice instead of brown and didn’t include my guacamole. Lady handed me my bag without looking in my eyes and no words. It was honestly a negative experience. :(
