I recently visited the Chipotle in Fairfax and had an average experience. The food was cooked, but it wasn’t as hot as I expected, which was disappointing. The service was okay—staff were polite and got the order right, but nothing particularly stood out. Overall, it was a decent visit, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially with keeping the food hot and fresh.

This is an alright Chipotle but I have concerns. This is no fault of the people working there when I went but does Chipotle not train their employees how to make the burritos? Like this isn’t the only location this has happened at but when I went they accidentally overstuffed my burrito to the point where they couldn’t close it and apologetically gave me a knife and fork with it. Like i get a lot of people probably order bowls so they were likely out of practice in regard to ingredient distribution. Again I do not blame the person that made my burrito because they were very polite about it and owned up to it, as opposed to other times this happened at other locations that didn’t seem to care, but management and corporate need to step up their game in terms of employee training.
Also 2 other things. The sink in the men’s room is way too powerful and when did Chipotle get so expensive? Other than that it’s a perfectly serviceable Chipotle.

I entered Chipotle around 2:08. There were only 2 customers in the restaurant. The lady on the register was having difficulty using someone's apple pay. She was also the server. There was a male in the kitchen area stirring up the food, chopping the meat, and I saw him sampling the food too. I'm pretty sure that's a health code violation. They should be notified. During my wait at least 5 other people came into the restaurant, there was no urgency to assist anyone.

I accidentally ordered from this location, I usually try to avoid it even though it’s the closest to me. Usually you come across hard and large pieces of unripened avocado or refrigerator level cold rice. But today I found a chunk of random meat in the MIDDLE of my queso dip. 👎🏼

Leaving a review mainly for the cook! Who ever is preparing the food is doing a damn good job. Best tasting chipotle around and I go to a lot of chipotles 😂. They fill your bowl up here too , I love it .
