Tried the beef hand pulled noodles, and overall it was pretty good. The noodles had a great texture and were nicely chewy, while the flavor of the broth was good. My only complaint was that the broth was a bit too thick for my liking. Still, a pretty nice bowl of noodles overall.
The noodles and broth taste very authentic and flavorful. You can really tell the soup has a rich, traditional taste, and the noodles have a great texture. My kids also really loved the roujiamo (Chinese pork burger). We all enjoyed our meal and will definitely come back again!
This Chinese noodle spot was surprisingly good, honestly good enough that you don’t feel like you need to go all the way to Flushing New York for Chinese Food. I think Korean people would really enjoy the flavors too.
