It was my first time going to Chuck E. Cheese's. I went with my 8-year-old brother and my 9-month-old baby. The atmosphere was very nice. There's a variety of games; I think the kids hardly ever get tired of playing there. Then there are games and machines that take pictures for memories. I loved the place, and the price isn't that bad considering the benefits of the games and fun for the kids. Oh, and before entering, they make you take a selfie, which you have to show when you leave to ensure you're not leaving with your children or so no one takes your baby.
Don’t subscribe !!
My experience is shocking there is no way to cancel the subscription and the employees will ask you to subscribe with them but they will be angry when you ask them how to unsubscribe and they will not do anything for you .. also the customer care don't answer the call and if you send email they will make investigation and you have to provide documents to convince them to cancel it .. even if you asked them that you will pay full money to cancel it .. they will ignore you and there is no place to check with them … this is not Kids zone .. this bigger than business deals … from the survey i can see more specific personal questions
Very clean! We went right at opening with our grandaughter . The employee was very nice and helpful!
Very disappointing experience, as a young professional who looks to go out and have a good time with his family, I felt very offended by the situation that took place, about 19 minutes into my visit, my food was ready, so l decided to paused my 45 minutes into play card so that my children and I could sit down and formally eat.
When I went back to restart my play card for the remaining 26 minutes, I found out there was no longer any time left on the play card. Well I figured no biggie I’ll go ahead and inform a worker.
I informed the manager of the issue at hand, with her investigating at the same kiosk I had originally paused the card at. She proceeds to tell me that I paused it at 8:14 and started playing again a few moment later, that couldn’t have happened because that’s the time I arrived, then she proceeds to inform me that ,oh no , I never paused if, so therefore I had no time left. I asked her if I could get my 26 minutes added as I’m sure she could check my receipt and also cameras that correlate with my explanation of my intent to pause the card.
She disregarded and proceeded to say she can give me 20 points, I do not understand their point system as I always simply buy timed play. I informed her that I had no reason to lie and that of course she could check my receipt and cameras if need be. She said there was nothing more that she could do but give me 20 points, I proceeded to explain that I had no reason to lie and that I am
Simply trying to get my daughters playing time back. She said there is nothing more she can do and that was it.
As an individual who has spent numerous years bringing both of my children to this establishment, I feel very offended that a so called manager that should carry themselves with professionalism dismissed my need of having a problem resolved, a problem with their system at that. There is no reason for me to lie, and I will have this email forwarded up to corporate office, for the embarrassment I had to experience in-front of my children and my fiancé.
If good business is what Chuck E. Cheese is looking to run , especially when it involves the enjoyment of others and their family, Zulma(The manager who handled the situation ) is not the one you want to have running the show.
This location looks a little outdated (like 90's vibe) on the inside but it is well kept, clean (bathrooms were especially clean), and has all of the necessities to keep little kids busy. If you are looking for a safe place to bring kids for some fun that will occupy them while parents or caregivers can rest, come here and purchase one of the package deals that allow for unlimited visits in one year. You will get your money's worth. Otherwise you'll end up paying a lot more each time you come. The general manager and staff were also very nice and helpful and best of all, their system of taking a photo on your phone prior to entry to verify that each kid leaves with the appropriate adult(s) is ingenious. The only thing I wish was for more physically engaging play units like slides for the kids.
DO NOT go, I do not recommend it, the games are already old, some do not work and they do not put anything on them, so you know, you swipe the card, they just charge you and the game does not work, the food is good but it was miserable, they say it is for four people and really only one can eat. There is a trampoline inside and they charge you to use it when you have a membership and you cannot use it. If it is there, it should be accessible to everyone, but if a child enters and has not paid, they take him out. My son entered and they took him out, they just made him cry, just like other children.
I purchased the Silver Play Pass at my home location in February and decided to explore other locations. We visited the Fairfax Chuck E. Cheese, where the manager initially couldn’t locate my play pass account. He was determined to resolve the issue, and Rick, the manager, truly went above and beyond to fix everything. He provided outstanding service and deserves major kudos for being an exceptional leader with an excellent team.
The Fairfax location was impressively spacious, and despite visiting at 5 PM on a Saturday, it wasn’t crowded. Rick’s staff consistently kept the space clean and took care of trash—something I wish my home Chuck E. Cheese in Waldorf would emulate, as it’s often messy with no available seating. Waldorf Chuck E. Cheese could definitely use a manager like Rick!
I came here on a Tuesday afternoon. The cashier Jeffery was very helpful and friendly. We were trying to buy the bronze pass for our toddler's birthday. But I am not tech savvy in the slightest. Lol, thank you for the help!
First time visiting this place. I purchased two 60-minute cards to try it out. We played for about 10-15 minutes before taking a lunch break at their restaurant. However, most of the drink dispensers only dispensed water. I informed a staff member, but she completely ignored me.
After lunch, which lasted about 40 minutes, I discovered that my playtime had run out—even though we had only used about 10 minutes before the break. No one informed us that we needed to manually pause the timer. I had even told the front desk staff upon arrival that it was our first visit, so I expected at least some basic guidance.
When I brought this issue to the supervisor, he was dismissive, essentially telling me it was my responsibility to figure it out. He offered no apology or assistance. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the lack of customer care made for a frustrating experience.
Nice place for kids.

We had such a great time. We celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday and our server was amazing. We will definitely be returning back. Pizza, wings and fries are good!
It is too expensive, not worth the trip.
Great pizza and great games
Standard chaos, but the place was clean and pizza better than expected. Some rides were broken, and the experience was expensive.
This location needs a serious update. Most games are broken and staff is useless.
