We always sit in either John’s section, or if he has no tables, with Charles in the bar area. Both are excellent servers that know their business. We come here on the regular and never leave disappointed.
On the recommendation of family I decided to find out for myself if Chuy's would measure up to their excellent version of Tex Mex cuisine. I had a craving for chicken fajitas and what came out was a scrumptious platter of perfectly seasoned, tender chicken. It was accompanied by a plethora of the freshest toppings i.e tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese.
