If there is a wait of about 10-15 minutes for food, it arrives cooked to perfection. The hot dogs and burgers far exceed the common American idea of what a hot dog or burger is. The owner and chef are very personable and nice, often coming out to check on customers and even offering free buñuelos. The truck is located at a busy gas station, which makes parking a bit challenging. It is recommended to park near the clothing donation bins in the gas station lot. There are small parking lots not too far away. Northern Virginia does not have ample options for Colombian food, so this spot is a great find for bold flavors and a taste of home.
