Crave is the perfect place to go eat if you crave suffering.
Anything you want to eat on the menu is usually not in stock. But don't worry, it will never be in stock. This isn't because the place is popular or many people want to order the mozzarella sticks. It's because of poor management (if they have any), and even poorer decisions. I once tried ordering food here and my first choice (burger) was out of stock, my second choice (mozzarella sticks), out of stock, my third choice? Guess what, also out of stock. This should have been a warning sign for me to run for my life.
This eventually led to me directly asking them what they even have in stock, they said steak fries. So low and behold, I ordered the steak fries. I didn't get steak fries, I got some weird microwaved abomination fries that tasted some how simultaneously cold and hot. I've honestly never tasted such poor fries in my entire life. I wish I was exaggerating how bad these fries were but they were terrible.
Now, the reason this place is rated 1 star instead of 2 is a simple reason, the service. Staff were rude and gave conflicting information. When asked about a refund due to my incorrect order, I was told that there wasn't a singular person there that could refund my order. They told me I would have to come back tomorrow when the manager was in. Low and behold, I came back the next day out of sheer curiosity, and there wasn't a manager to refund the worst 4 dollars I've ever spent. I honestly don't think they have any sort of management here or any capability (or desire) to refund you.
To sum it up, horrible food and service. Everything here is taken out of a bag and microwaved to the point of being just warm enough to deceive you into taking a bite, and then proceeds to make you regret it.
The good news is that there are amazing bathrooms nearby for when your stomach gets all queezy from whatever you just tried to consume. I wish I could review the bathrooms instead.
