“I don’t usually post reviews, but i had to for this place.

I ordered a Sausage and Cheese Omelette with sourdough toast. It’s one of the best omelettes i’ve had. And the price was so nice and affordable. Stuff like this in california would cost double and have less quality.

If work asks me to travel back for fairfax, i’ll definitetly swing by for other items on the menu. Thinking of getting the Katsu next…

One thing i forgot to ask is if they had Hot Chocolate.“

“20241031 First time here. Bring cash to save credit card fee $$$. This is a very simple deli with a reasonably priced menu. I got the warmed combo sandwich that came with lots of meat! I wish there was an option to add some veggies like onions, raw or grilled. I also would have liked it better if each slice of meat was grilled separately, which would be tastier. I should have asked for the bread to be warmed on the grill as well. I need to lower my expectations ?. The employee was friendly and helpful. I wished he mentioned the daily special, which was displayed by the register and not by the overhead menu. I would have gotten that instead of a sandwich. I like their drink options. I never had soursop drink, and it was not sour (thankful) and it was real good! The owner was very nice. If I come back, I will try the special.“

“We stopped in here for a quick bite because we were at this building for something else. Although the selections are limited, the food is fresh and tasty. We want to return and have some of their other offerings. Staff was friendly, fast and helpful.“

I had the roast beef and turkey, and my friend had the eggplant parm… both fanTAStic. Regret I have to drive all the way from Fairfax to get here (we don’t have good sandwich places in the Frfx Sta/Burke area), but I will just to try everything on the menu. “This hidden gem needs to be FOUND by everyone! Met one of the owners, Mark, in Pazzo Pomodoro recently who told me about Nozzo Pazzo. I have since fallen in love with their sandwiches the Bugs Bunny and the Green Arrow wraps (vegan) which I return to get regularly. Then found out they also do breakfast! After Mark described how they make the French toast, I couldn’t stop thinking about it! I had it this morning, and believe me it is melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The place is so beautifully set up, and the tunes playing over the speakers were equally awesome! An absolute must try!“

“Stumbled upon this place after leaving St James, very low-key place as it’s tucked between some collision shops. Eggs were made fresh and loved that the prices were very reasonable. It cost me $9 for 3 eggs potato and bacon.

While I do miss Ezat, who used to bake the flatbreads in the back of the store, this market carries many types of great ME breads and many other ME products. “We have a lunch date every other Tuesday when our house cleaners come. We hadn't been here, and saw it had good ratings. It's a modest establishment, dated but clean. I had a Reuben, and my wife had chicken salad on a sub roll with lettuce and onion. Most patrons seemed happy and familiar, likely coming from the surrounding offices. The owners welcomed and checked on us, a nice touch. My sandwich was larger than expected, and hers was too. She would've liked a little salt and tarragon, but didn't ask for either. No complaints.“

Found out about Checkers Deli and Cafe through Yelp and I'm glad I did!The Food: For lunch, I went with a classic cheesesteak and fries. The cheesesteak was delicious! The meat was quality and the cheese paired with it was delicious. The portions are great as well, it won't leave you hungry tat's for sure. The Their food options are very well priced out as well.The Service: Staff were very friendly. They had our orders out fairly quickly even with a lunch rush. No complaints.Overall, a 4/5! Parking: Parking can get tight on the cafe side of the building. Go around to the other side for a larger lot or access to the parking garage.

“Cook/owner went out of way to make us 2 Korean bulgogi beef plates w/salad on the side that wasn't on today's menu. Beef was delicious but it was more "hamburger" than steak. This cafe was a bit hard to get into as it was located inside a multi-tenant building with front doors locked, and the guard simply ignore us, so we followed someone in. I'd like to try other items on the menu.“

“Every time I go here I try to get something different and it never disappoints !! Both styles of steak and cheese, chicken cheesesteak, hamburger , Reuben sandwich and sausage gravy and biscuits with eggs. Everything is always seasoned so good. Employees are very friendly and place is very clean. New owner has been making more and more improvements for the better. I go every chance I get !“

Enjoyed a late afternoon club sandwich, very neatly and freshly prepared. Staff were attentive and most polite. Menu and beverage options delightful. Most noteworthy, however, was the cleanliness. While I dined, the staff were working to clean the deli prior to closing on a Saturday afternoon. Tables, floors, deli counters, ordering area, condiments, etc were all exceptionally tidy, clean, organized, and simply outstanding. That type of care translates to a welcoming and memorable hidden deli gem that locals should continue to patronize as they have already for so many years.“

“There used to be another deli/coffee shop restaurant in this location, which before the pandemic, was crowded. But after the pandemic, barely I saw people going there, since many offices around the area have been gone or are not working full load.Anyway,I went there again to get a coffee, and I notice a new deli/coffee shop business there: now, Capital Cuisine.The owner was there, a polite and friendly gentleman.I got my coffee, and though the price was good, I didn't like the taste that much.The restaurant was sadly empty.Overall, not sure the owner can keep his coffee shop restaurant alive at that location, since again not that many people go there anymore.I think the owner may put more time and budget into local advertising, to grab the attention of the close-by offices/businesses, especially those which are within walking distance, therefore more people may go there and visit his restaurant.“

“Been a loyal Sam's costumer for 3 years. Breakfast sandwiches and omelets are excellent. They offer a variety of lunch options hot and cold; Monterey Chicken Wrap, West Coast Turkey sandwich, and Club sandwiches are highlights. Boxed lunches are substantial, fresh made on sight, and reasonably priced especially in Chantilly. I've ordered up to 40 with 2-3 days notice and they had them ready to go at 10:00 the day of our event. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Dine in area is bright, clean, and comfortable with plenty of seating. I prefer smaller privately owned food shops over chain restaurants, that and the friendly hardworking staff make SAM's Deli a gem in my eyes.“

“A favorite breakfast spot for us early morning labor workers. Good food, good coffee and good people. The young lady working the register just may be the nicest person alive. The food can be a little pricey but I believe in paying for quality and the quality is definitely there. I highly recommend.“

“I've only done the hot bar/salad bar here and not MTO. Everything always seems very fresh, there's a great variety. The cashiers are super quick. Drink selection is huge (fountain and bottled drinks). Great option if you're super hungry or just need a little snack since the bars are by weight.“
