“Food was excellent! We went on a Friday night and it wasn't very busy, but with a holiday weekend people may be out of town
Dishes were large, hot, and fresh. Only thing I wish was different was that there was an iPad for ordering. However, servers stopped by multiple times to check in.“

“So this is an Uber Eats Review and my first time trying Peter's Herndon VA restaurant. The food was very good, but the portions for the price for delivery are a bit small. I would definitely recommend as the flavor was good, a good mix of real flavor vs. a heavy reliance on sauces for a lot of their dishes. Happy New Year 2026 and enjoy!“

“The Extra Spicy Dry Hot Pot is insanely good. I get one of these every single time I come to Hot Peppercorn, and it hits just right every single time. I prefer it with pork, but you can get it with any pritein you prefer.
The waiters are always extremely attentive and nice, the food always comes out in a timely fashion, and I feel my soul heal itself a bit every time I get the dry hot pot. Absolutely in my Top 3 favorite restaurants ever because of this.“

“Came here with a large party of 9, they luckily were able to seat us immediately since they just opened. Food and service was excellent 👍!! The chow fun without gravy was the table favorite. Everyone also loved the steam pork buns and dumplings✨️Great for those new to dim sum and those familiar to dim sum.“
