Just had the pork/celery, bulgogli, and teriyaki dumplings about 2 hours ago (4pm) and I’m sick (7pm). The pork dumplings seemed raw but I dismissed it because this business cooks thousands of dumplings a day and they must be dumpling professionals. WRONG. It was raw and my stomach is churning right now. The only other thing I had to eat was a breakfast bar way earlier in the day at around 9am so I’m sure it’s the dumplings. Probably a 1 off but enough for me to steer clear.

Love this place. Pork and shrimp dumplings are always ?. Employees very courteous and willing to help. One of my favorite spots at Mosaic.

Been here a number of times. The dumplings are always interesting and amazing. Fast casual - order at the counter and they bring your food out.

Be ready to transform to a low key Tokyo style Japanese place. The place is definitely has authenticity oozing out of it. Plus, the service is very good. The owner is kind and accommodating. We are vegetarians, but they have plenty of dumpling options. The first bite we took of the squash dumpling, amazing blast of flavors in the mouth. Same with the Buddha. These two were my top favorites knock out of the park. The taro and kale are also good, I’m not a fan of taro so I was ok with it but husband did like them. We also ordered the vegetarian shumami which usually is never available in vegetarian. It was great to try it. Overall, a great place, decent prices and delicious food.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. Do try the Buddha and squash. They also have taro and kale. Plus, veggie shumami. Can’t go wrong.

Great choices and variety of dumplings. Personally, I like my dumplings fried. They made my dumplings with a nice crisp underside. I had the teriyaki dumplings and the pork and shrimp dumplings. Both were great, honestly not too sure which one was better. I will say having it with sauce is better than not.

Super friendly staff despite being closing hours when my family came in. This is my parents' go to spot in Mosaic, so I trusted their gut and filled mine.

You can buy 10 dumplings with three different flavors, so definitely try it out. Fairly inexpensive, and worth at least a snack break.

We ordered the wonton noodle soup and the portion seems good. The broth is pretty good and the wontons were slightly undersalted. It could be seasoned a little better to bring out the flavor of it in the soup. We also ordered the pork and shrimp dumpling as well as the bulgogi beef dumpling. The dumplings were flavorful and tasty. The steamed pork bun just tasted okay because the bun part is nice and soft and fluffy while the roast pork inside was lacking in quantity. I would like to be able to see a little bit more pieces of roast pork but it was just a mushy filling.
Overall this is a nice place for a quick bite if you are craving dumplings in mosaic.

Delicious vegan dumplings! The edamame, and squash ones were incredible. I love that you can mix and match your order. Also, TRY THE JUICE! Mango, celery, ginger, and lime. They make it in house and it’s so refreshing, tasty, and healthy! Happy to have a nice vegan friendly spot in mosaic :)

The dumplings were amazing! Highly recommend the soup dumplings. It was two sweet ladies behind the counter that were super helpful in regards in what to order. Everything was delicious!

Used to like eating here when they first opened out of pure convenience and ok food. Now the service is rude from Chinese owner working today, which makes it easy to choose better dumplings (ie Marks duck house or Hong Kong Pearl) and service (literally every other restaurant in Mosaic)

The beef bulgogi dumplings are our favorite thing to order. It’s normally not packed on weekend but is difficult to gain access to during the weekend due to the increased walking traffic and closure of streets for leisure walking. Staff is very nice and quick with the food!! I prefer this location on weekdays but they are great!
