I get that everyone has their favorite pie. I've had quite a few in my time, from enjoying it in New York and Chicago. New York is best for regular crust and Chicago for deep dish. Ive been ordering from this store for a few years both pick up and delivery and have never had an issue. Pie is always delicious and always hot. Whether I pick it up or have it delivered. Whoever made my pies tonight and delivered them deserves a day off, bonus or something. Everything was perfect....

The pizza was warm and tasted okay — nothing special, but it was fine. What a disappointed no cheese packets, red crushed peppers, or napkins were included with the order. It seems like this was forgotten at every time at all locations.
