Me and my best friend tried the Brown Sugar Boba and the Chocolate Boba. The chocolate one was INCREDIBLE. The place was so cute and an adorable place to take pictures. The service people were so sweet too. I've been thinking about going back to this place NONSTOP!!

I come here all the time to get bubble tea, coffee and the occasional donut and its always amazing! The donuts are the perfect chewy texture and there are so many different flavors of milk tea. I love the honeydew and pineapple ones the best. My only slight complaint is the coffee lattes have flavor shots and some are more on the artificial sweet end which I do not personally like. However, the caffeine level is strong and definitely a perfect pick me up so its still worth ordering. The ambience is so cute! Little stuffed animals and ample seating with both comfy chairs, couches and regular tables! Plus a cute photo booth on the side. 100% recommend and best bubble tea place in Fair Oakes!

Honestly this is a good place to get mochi-donuts. If you don’t know what that is, they are a combination of soft and chewy that is hard to describe. If you’re curious go try them here, where they specialize in them. If you like them, great. If you don’t that’s perfectly understandable. I kinda get the vibe that they texturally aren’t for everyone and that’s OK. Just give em a try.

This is my first time visiting Donutchew. I was drawn to it being that I'm a donut fiend. I've had freshly made, delicious mochi donuts before, so this definitely didn't compare. However, I love the decoration, the customer service and the extensive menu, which is the reason for the 4 stars.
I originally stopped by to eye the menu and plan my post-lunch coffee-time dessert. I let the barista know that I'll be returning but will order something simple. She suggested the cortado and I said yes immediately, and asked for iced. It was perfectly strong and not watered down. Fast forward a few hours, I returned as promised and she remembered me.
We decided to order 2 mochi donuts and a few drinks:
-chocolate and cinnamon/sugar donuts
-red velvet latte
-hazelnut latte
-regular latte
One thing to note is that she couldn't really describe the drinks. For example, I asked her if the red velvet latte tastes like chocolate or just sugary (since it's basically red-dyed chocolate) and she had no idea. I asked her what are the top drinks (besides what was shown on the board) and she couldn't answer that. But she was friendly.
The donuts tasted a little stale and the chocolate frosting was definitely a little too hard. The cinnamon toast crunch was a cute touch to the donut, but again was stale. I wasn't a fan of the red velvet latte, it was pure sugar and aside from the intense pink color didn't taste the way I expected a red velvet cake to taste (most likely because the cream cheese is important to the flavor).
The decoration and swag for purchase are all show-stoppers, perfect for photo ops or even social media. They have a cute little photo booth inside as well. There is plenty of seating available.
I can't say that I'd return as I'm not a big mall person and wasn't too terribly impressed with the donuts.

Such a cool place! Fun and colorful atmosphere! There was even a Photo Booth! Service was good. We had 2 macarons- crème brûlée and tiramisu. They both were out of this world! I also tried the earl grey tea donut and it was so flavorful! It is a bit pricey but the flavors were definitely worth it!

It was my first time there last week and I wasn't pleased with the food. I placed a order for a dozen donuts and within a minute my order was ready. I asked if the donuts were fresh and the worker confirmed it was fresh out of the oven. However, when I got to my car I decided to to eat one. It was partially soft on the outside but stale on the inside. Not sure if I will purchase again.

This place is adorned with plush toys and colorful, cute items, making it a delightful spot to hang out, but not for everyone. The donuts here are unique, made with rice flour, resulting in a chewier texture. Furthermore, they have other colorful desserts, such as macarons and cakes, and these Asian-inspired desserts offer a range of uncommon flavors. The service is also commendable.
