They gave me a completely different latte than what I had ordered, then when i asked them to remake it to what I ordered, they took my drink back and added foam to the top and gave me back the same wrong drink… i asked for oatmilk they gave me regular and a completely different flavor than i had asked for too. The coffee also is grainy and feels like there are loose grounds of coffee in my latte. They overall just don't care about your experience and obviously don't like their jobs.

Ordered an iced coffee with cream, sugar, and an extra shot of espresso, expecting a bold and flavorful drink. Instead, I got a watered-down coffee that tasted like nothing—despite the espresso shot. To make things worse, two-thirds of the cup was just ice. Complete waste of time and money. Definitely not what I expect from Dunkin.
