Service was kind and helpful. Excellent baker at this location. Donuts didn't have the usual metallic aftertaste. The building is bright and doesn't make you feel sad.
Ordered an iced coffee with cream, sugar, and an extra shot of espresso, expecting a bold and flavorful drink. Instead, I got a watered-down coffee that tasted like nothing—despite the espresso shot. To make things worse, two-thirds of the cup was just ice. Complete waste of time and money. Definitely not what I expect from Dunkin.

My daughter asked for a factory water bottle of regular water. She was asked for 80 cents. I don’t know. I’m supposed to pay for water from a factory, not mineral water. It’s free anywhere.

Predatory towing in their lot after hours. Teeny tiny sign on the edge of the lot and not at each entrance so easy to miss. Zero signs within the lot. You’re closed! Why do you care who parks here at 8pm?
