Although the staff juggles two restaurants, they are friendly. Ivan, a manager trainee, stood out with exceptional customer service. The location is well-maintained, and the cashier was nice. Customers often find the atmosphere typical of Dunkin' locations, and some note that in-store orders can take a little longer due to the busy store and many online orders. Waiting times may be longer, but overall, the store is recommended.
